Greensburg Schools has maintained as its primary focus the delivery of outstanding educational opportunities for all students. We gear all resources to enabling every student to compete on a global basis when they graduate. We need every parent and community member to partner with us to help every child reach their full potential. Greensburg Schools has an aligned curriculum to all state standards that through the efforts of our school staff have taken best practice and targeted each classroom for continuous improvement. Learning is a shared responsibility among everyone in the Greensburg School community. The school corporation has made a tremendous commitment to provide the best in technology, facilities, and personnel to facilitate continued improvement.

Our commitment to our students begins in elementary school and culminates upon graduation from Greensburg Community High School. Programs that facilitate student success include:
- GCS provides a free licensed Pre-School Experience with licensed staff five days/week for four (4) year olds. Transportation to GES is provided.
- Greensburg Elementary designated a Top School by US News and World Report
- Greensburg Elementary designated a Family Friendly School by the IDOE
- All three of our schools have designated PLC time for program improvement
- National Honors Society Programs at GES, GJHS, and GHS
- Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Programs at GES, GJHS, and GHS
- Robotics Clubs at GES, GJHS, and GHS
- eSports Clubs at GJHS and GHS (Competitive)
- Greensburg High School recognized as an Academic Early College High School and Mentor School to other districts
- AP Classes offered at GHS (Chemistry, World History, Art (3), Music Theory, Statistics)
- High School Classes offered in Biology, Algebra and PCC at GJHS
- Robust Music and Art programs offered at GES, GJHS and GHS (2 Performance Auditoriums)
