Established Project Lead The Way and the Gateway Pre-Engineering Programs

Established the Project Lead The Way Bio-Med Program

Coordinated with IVY Tech 35 + Dual Credit College Courses at Greensburg High School

Established 9 AP Courses at Greensburg High School

Established a 1 to 1 Computer Program for Greensburg Schools (K-12)

Established the Introduction of World Languages at Greensburg Jr. High in 2014

Established an Achievement School for credit recovery for Greensburg High School

Established the Greensburg Adult Learning Center for delivery of college classes to adults

Built a new Vocational Center at Greensburg High School in 2014 to enhance CTE/STEM

Added a Drama program at Greensburg Jr. High and Greensburg High School

Added a digital television station at Greensburg High School (GTV)

Opened a new Elementary Complex to replace the closed elementary schools (2003) 

Opened a new 32,000 sq. ft. Field House at Greensburg High School for practices (2001)

Renovated Greensburg High School (2003) 

Renovated Greensburg Jr. High (2007 and 2015)

Built a Maintenance and Transportation Center (2004)

Replaced the Central Office with a modern facility (2007)

Purchased 45 acres of property adjacent to school campus

Over-saw student growth from 1850 students to 2300 students (2000-2014)

Coordinated a Reduction in Force of 27 personnel (2000)

Developed a financial plan that reduced the General Fund from an $800,000 deficit to a $4,000,000 cash balance.

Developed a new Vocational Center at Greensburg High School

Developed an Internship Program with local industry  (10-15 GHS students each year)

Coordinated $35,000,000 in building projects (2001-2014)
